Welcome to Mindful Toolbox. We are meditation teachers so thankful to be collaborating with the Andrew Nikou Foundation, to be offering a week-long mindfulness and meditation series for the benefit of all teachers everywhere. We will use this page as a way to stay engaged and to post all of our meditations and talks as a place of gathering. You can also learn more about us and our offerings through our bios.
We want this week to be filled with reminders of how practicing self-care and taking intentional breaks throughout the day to support your well-being can foster you to stay true to your purpose and vision as an educator. How by tapping into yourself you can recharge, restore, and renew.

We know your time is valuable and we are doing this all so it may be of benefit to you - so they will also be recorded and available on IGTV and our FB page to view at your convenience. However, if you can join us live, there is an added element of being in this together, in community with your fellow teachers, to share space and appreciate your worth and all your efforts.

Sunday evening May 2nd at 7pm (pacific time) - welcome Meditation
Monday May 3rd through Friday May 7th
Morning Meditation - 5 minute Meditation offered live at 7 a.m. (pacific time)
Take Two for You - 2-3 minute mindfulness tool of the day offered live at 12:00 p.m. (pacific time)
Evening Meditation - 10 minute Meditation offered live at 6 p.m. (pacific time)
Saturday, May 8th at 10 a.m. (pacific time) - closing meditation
